Plot Of The Movie• Maverick was one of the best pilots in the American Navy

weapon school.

• When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman was clearly out-flown and freaks.

• On almost no fuel, Maverick was able to take ”Goose”

(Anthony Edwards) back down to the Carrier.

• When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick had moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School.
