Immediate School Closing

Good evening, my name is Dr. Casey Finnegan. I am the superintendent of schools here in Dublin. It is with great

displeasure that I deliver this message to you tonight

Rocky Road School

The unfortunate budget constraints have forced us to have to close this elementary school here in the city. Despite the best

effort of the school committee it is fiscally irresponsible for us to let the Rocky Road

School remain open.

Future Actions

• As the implementation of this plan unfolds there will be constant updates on the school website.

• The step by step plan will also be featured in the local newspaper every week until the plan is completed.
