WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?NATURE

Nature contributes only around 30% towards the cause.

The nature had to do so, to remid the humans that they live in the lap of the mother earth (nature).

The nature had to balance itself

HUMANThe humans contribute

around 70% towards the cause.

The humans are behind the nature just to fullfill the own needs.

One of the main reasons is that the human are responsible for deforestations that is nothing but cutting down of trees , trees are necessary for the climateic balance in nature.

WHAT DID THE

GOVERNMENT DO?

HOW DID THE GOVT. HELP? The government of Tamil Nadu started off a little late, but started with : # relief camps # started to analyse on how to prevent flooding # people were informed with the preventive measures (for eg: *temporary meause could be placing sandbags around the lake in danger of breaching.*permanent measure could be building a wall.) # people living near water bodies were told to clear the place
