Menu Presentation

• A la carte Menu

Our menu consists of Burgers, Sandwiches, Side dishes, and Beverages that guest may choose one depends on their preference. We offer each item separately. We don’t offer any package.

Type of Menu

• We are having Static Menu because our restaurant concept

is a fast-food restaurant that focuses on Burgers and

Sandwiches.

• Static Menu is one in which the same menu items are offered

every day. Traditionally, the static menu has been

characteristic of many restaurants.

Menu Effectiveness The menu info is not complete yet,

because for each food, they didn’t tell

about the ingredients so guests may

get confused about the food. Moreover,

they also didn’t tell if those prices

already included taxes or not.

Then, the choice of the beverages are

too limited; only 4 choices.

Menu Efficiency According to “Fast-food” concept, we don’t

agree for using a book as the menu, because it means that the customers need to open the menu, flip page by page to make a choice, and it takes a few time, so it’s not efficient as a fast-food restaurant at all.

Moreover, if there are any changes about the menu, it takes costs again to re-print the menu.

Menu Design In our opinion, the menu design is pretty good. But there

are some parts that should be fixed; first one is the font,

should not be a handwriting but should be computer-

printed.

Second one, the food pictures, we prefer the pictures

printed directly in the menu paper instead of printed, cut

and stuck in to the menu paper.
