Learner access & capability: goodstudent internet access, but some groups are relatively disadvantaged

79% have a broadband-connected computer at home that they use for their college course

Access is higher among those under 25 and those without disability or learning difficulties

There are no real access differences between full-time and part-time students, but there are differences in the use of technology between these groups which relate to age, income and educational level.
