Step 1: Put away ALL supplies
Stack totes
Portfolios/Sketchbooks under chairs
Jackets/sweatshirts on chair backs
Roll up long sleeves past elbows
THIS WILL STAIN!!!!
Step 2: Paper direction
Portrait or landscape
Name on back in CRAYON
Step 3: Choose 8 color strips
Warm or Cool colors
You can mix and match, overlap SLIGHTLY
Be sure you just have ONE layer of tissue over your paper
Step 4: Cover white paper
Step 5: Spray water over tissue
on paper
Step 6: Gently blot wet tissue with
paper towel
MORE BLOT = smoother color
LESS BLOT = more “crackle”
Step 7: Gently take off tissue and throw away
Step 8: Put picture on drying rack and clean up
