- Not specialize in doing ERP, or lab

system.

(ERP = Enterprise resource planning)

Must be in a higher availability for 24/7 operations of hospital

Evaluation from IT Director

IS makes satisfaction, but system can always be better.

Maintenance & Upgrade

2 times a year for upgrading

a SOFTWARE

Every 5 years for upgrading

a HARDWARE

Frequently updating can increase a downtime,

which can be disadvantages for a hospital.

Security & Privacy

IT Specialist is responsible for handle an Information System’s transaction in

hospital.

Every staff has to read, understand and sign a policy of using Information System of the

hospital.
