Why Images Matter

• First year dental students • Identify features of tooth formation on

images of microscope sections

Students had:- 3 sessions using PDF/PPT - 3 sessions using Explain Everything Therefore well placed to compare the two.

Student Opinions

Zooming images and annotating in real time mean it is “easier to follow and make notes”.

All interviewed students said they would like this approach to be used in image-based presentations.
