Data from the graduate class of 2011 covering 32,000 students from 220-plus MBA schools derived from AMCAT (Aspiring Minds Computer Adaptive Assessment)

India’s largest employability assessment and is recognised by more than 50 companies

Employability in area of Operations is 15.04%)

In corporate (B2B) sales, it is just

10.56% half of that in consumer (B2C) sales (21.72%)

Employability is below 10% for functional roles in fields such as HR (9.63%), finance (7.69%) and

marketing (6.99%)

In the analyst function, employability is just 7.98%

In business consulting roles, it is

as low as 2.5%

To break the mold we need:
