solutions.

• The world is becoming hyperconnected

• The scale of social networks –Facebook-for example- has more than a bilion users- change the paradigm of citizen expression.

• Civil society, along with business, government and international organizations, are challanged to:

- respond to, represent, and engage this prolifation of voices online in a away that leverages the power of connectivity.

• Governments are using such connectivity to experiment with different forms of public engagment and consultation: as some countries introduced ”crowd source” input into their new constitutions.
