• Hosted by D2L• XML nightly data load populates the LE

courses & enrollments• SIS is official authority for institutional

enrollments• Communities are courses in the LE only

Self Registration

• Users enroll themselves into communities• Some communities require approval

before users are fully enrolled; other have instant access

• Only LE existing users may self-enroll in a community

• ‘Self Registration’ renamed ‘Community Registration’ in language pack

• Edit Language Pack (if desired)• Rename Self Registration to Community Registration
