Some rules

1. Always be punctual, wait quietly and be fully equipped, ready to work.

2. Enter and leave classrooms and move around the Academy in na orderly fashion.

3. Follow instructions at the first time of asking.

4. Be polite, courteous and respectful at all times, representing the Academy appropriately, both within and beyond the Academy site.

5. Stay on task and allow others to do so.

Rules of Behavior

6. Work hard to fulfil your potential, both in lessons and when engaged in independent learning.

7. Mobile phones, iPods or MP3 players should be switched off and not visible.

8. Wear the Chelsea Academy uniform correctly at all times.

9. Eat or drink in designated area only. Chewing gum is not allowed in the Academy.

10. Keep the Academy environment clean and tidy.

Consequences and Sanctions

C1 – Verbal warning: reminded of appropriate

behaviour.

C2 - Verbal warning: informed of consequence

of continued misbehaviour.

C3 – Detention: note to parent via planner.

C4 – Sent out / referral: removed from class

via on-call, parent informed.
