The first phase of the project was closed successfully!!!

27. 4. 2016 Audit made by Ministry of Finance experts and external auditing company

During the inspection were not identified any findings! „It was verified that the project is implemented in accordance

with the text of the project, is held in the approved schedule and there are no known problems…“

Promotional Activies are ongoing!!! Monday 2 May 2016 – Presentation of the project in Pilsen,

Project was prolonged!!! long-term issue – 2 months of preparation and negotiations –

from May till June 2016 the goal was to reuse unspent costs and support the billateral

cooperation 3 new activities:

scientific study describing the movements of the books in formal Czechoclovakia creation

list of relevant archival collections preparation interactive way of the holders life stories presentation

Billateral Initiative Nr. I main topic are the MICROSTORIES

the way of the selection methodological aspects demonstration of the research and the creation of the

microstories the way of the promotiom of the „originally“ text files conslusions towards the next billateral cooperation

administrative and accounting bugs revision translations of the delivered microstories all the BFB activities promotional activities via social media preparation for the BFB I. monitoring report and the end of

the initiative

area: use of the unspent budget from initial budget new activities and outputs definition preparation of initial project extension administrative issues
