THESE SKILLS TAKE PART IN ALL SPORTS

Endure the match, kick the ball, dribble and sprint.

STRENGTH: Is the ability of the muscles to lift a weight or to

overcome a resistance.

STRENGTH:

SPEED: Is the ability we have to move the body or a body part as

fast as possible.

SPEED:

SUPPLENESS: Is the ability we have to make wide movements.

SUPPLENESS: …in love with stretching and mobility

STAMINA: Is the ability we have to perform strenuous activity over a long

period of time.

STAMINA:…improves the engine.
