We needed:a balloonsticky tapehalf a strawa long piece of string
Following a procedure!
step 1: tie the string to the pole
Following a procedure!
step 2: blow up the balloon. hold on tight!
step 3: tape the straw to the balloon
step 4: thread the string through the straw
step 5: pull the string tight and count backwards from 10!
step 6: let the balloon go!!
