Global Vision The International School provides a meaningful, globally connected and comprehensive

educational program to all students. The written curriculum at The International School is organized along themes that

provide balance, have global significance, allow students to explore not only issues of personal identity, but also of a shared global humanity.

The International Baccalaureate features membership in a worldwide system of education that provides our students with immediate access to the wealth of the world’s resources through the International Baccalaureate network of some 3,000 schools in over 130 countries.

Teachers can connect electronically to classrooms around the world for meaningful exchanges on issues of global significance.

In addition, the school faculty has access to a virtual and global educational resource center, drawing from around the world exemplar units, pedagogical best practices, assessment strategies, mentoring and other supports.

This world view and connection provide an opportunity to deliver a globally recognized certificate to the students of The International School.
