How the process works

Apply People apply to

our programs on a system called Fluid Review. AIESEC then schedules their interviews and accepts or rejects them.

Pay Initial Deposit Our Exchange

Participants (EPs) pay their initial deposit of $150.

We then put them on our internal system - EXPA

Match

Pay Match Fee Once our EPs find

their perfect opportunity, they pay the remainder of their program fee.

Realize

Go abroad! Once matched, our

EPs prepare for their adventures abroad!
