The target cell signal is very strong while switching to the target cell every time ,therefore the handover process itself has no problem.
Through the detail of handover, the uplink power level detected is very low or can’t be received and don’t match the strong downlink signal detected from the phone
Old museum cell 3 is subjected to the same frequency interference from new WCB site through the base station and frequency distribution map, resulting in continuous unreasonable handover failure.
Problems will be located and solved quickly by
NetMAX . Change WCB site frequency point from512 to 514 and problem has been solved.
