Zoom Instructions Website There are two options for the Website: Options 1 (Zoom Website, Step 1-6) & Option 2 (Zoom Meeting Link, Step 4-6)

1. Go on the Zoom website, https://zoom.us/. 2. Press “Join A Meeting”

3. Input the Meeting ID “740 459 061” into the Box and Press Join

4. Press Open Zoom Meetings

5. Press Join with Audio

6. You’re set!

Cellphone (Android)

1. Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings from the App store (Play Store..etc)

2. To Join meeting you can either:

Option 1: Join from the App a. Launch ZOOM Cloud Meetings App on your Android b. Click Join Meeting

3. Press Join Enter Meeting ID “740 459 061” found on the SF SEED website and click JOIN

OR Option 2: Click the Zoom link from the SF SEED website

a. Navigate to the sfseed.sfsu.edu web site and select the Zoom link, https://sfsu.zoom.us/j/740459061.

b. Zoom app will automatically launch as long as the app is installed

Using Zoom once you have joined a meeting: 1. Press Join Meeting

2. Enter your name and press OK

3. Press Call in via Device Audio

(Cellphone) iPhone

1. Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings from iPhone app store

• When running the Zoom app for the first time o Enable access to Camera o Enable access to Microphone

2. To Join meeting you can either:

Option 1: Join from the App a. Launch ZOOM Cloud Meetings App on your iPhone b. Click Join Meeting

3. Enter Meeting ID “740 459 061” found on the SF SEED website and click JOIN

OR Option 2: Click the Zoom link from the SF SEED website

c. Navigate to the sfseed.sfsu.edu web site and select the Zoom link, https://sfsu.zoom.us/j/740459061.

d. Zoom app will automatically launch as long as the app is installed

Using Zoom once you have joined a meeting: 4. Select Join with Video

5. Select “Call using Internet Audio”
