PRINCIPLEFUNCTION:TheMinisterofWorshipisresponsiblefordeveloping,overseeing,planning,coordinating,directing,evaluatingmeaningfulworshipservicesandsupervisingallpaid&non-paidworshipstaffinconjunctionwiththemissionandvisionofRosevilleCovenant.TheMinisterofWorshipwillalsoprovideleadershiptotheRCConnectingMinistries.

LISTOFRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Directtheplanning,coordination,operationandevaluationofeachworshipservice

• PrayerfullydesignandpreparetheweeklyOrdersofWorshipforeachservice

• ProvideleadershipandoversightofweeklyandspecialWorshipServicesatRC

• Provideleadership,mentoringandshepherdingcareoverworshipparticipants

• DevelopcontemporaryandlifegivingstrategiesfordynamicConnectingMinistriesatRosevilleCovenantChurch

CHEMISTRY,COMMITMENTANDCOLLABORATION

• DemonstratespersonalcommitmenttotheMission,ValuesandMinistryInitiativesofRCC.• ActiveparticipantontheRCCPastoralTeamandfosterseffectivecommunicationbetween

PastoralTeamandtheRCCWorshipMinistry.• ParticipatesinandprovideleadershiptotheRCCWorshipMissionalTeam.• SuperviseandsupporttheWorshipCoordinator.• SuperviseandsupporttheChoirDirector.• Superviseandsupportotherpart-timemusiciansandworshipstaff.• Superviseandsupportvolunteervocalistsandmusicians,Sound&LightTechs

QUALIFICATIONS:• ActiveandgrowingfaithinJesusChrist• B.A.inWorship,Musicorrelatedfieldofstudy(minimum)• Recent“handson”experienceinworshipandmusicministry• Interest,experienceandleadershipindeveloping“NextGeneration”worship• Personalandprofessionallifeisableto:

o DemonstratefaithfulcommitmenttotheMissionandCoreValuesofRCCo DemonstrateswillingnesstopursueministerialcredentialsintheE.C.C.o Demonstratelifeofcharacterthatlivesoutintegrityandfaitho Demonstratespassionatechemistrytodevelopingteamrelationshipsthatbuildsothersupo Demonstratespersonalcompetencyinbothworshipandleadershipskills
