The co-owner of a farm hasadmitted failing to ensure the safemaintenance of a tractor, which was
involved in a fatal incident.
Thomas Phizacklea, 34, wasworking at Aurora Park Farm inScales, near Ulverston, when theincident took place on 2 July 2009.There were no witnesses to the
incident and his body was discovered underneath a tractor at the site.
