Leadership is more than the acquisition of knowledge, it is the deliberate and sustained practice of the HABIT of Leadership! *Martin Lanik
“All the effective leaders I have encountered –both those I worked with and those I merely watched – knew four simple things: a leader is someone who has followers; popularity is not leadership, results are; leaders are highly visible, they set examples; leadership is not rank, privilege, titles or money, it is responsibility.” – Peter Drucker

May 19-21, 2019 | Walt Disney World® Resort, FL
Start by asking yourself some questions, and be honest with yourself.
Do you rush to lead from your position? Are there certain triggers that cause you to lead from your position?
Do you take the time necessary to influence others?
What are you doing daily to expand your influence?
What do you do to show others that you care?
What risks are you willing to take?

However, We are all Human, so we must Practice!
May 19-21, 2019 | Walt Disney World® Resort, FL
Practice is essentially the verb of deepening and sharpening your skill set – it’s putting in repetitive processes in the attempt to break new ground.
Practice should be hard, gritty, and full of failed attempts at hitting the target.
Deliberate practice involves attention, repetition, and reflection and leads to new knowledge or skills that can later be developed into more complex knowledge and skills.
