grasp – interim category developmentTackling barriers …• Use of interims is

becoming increasingly widespread

• Interims can be relatively much cheaper than permanent alternatives:– No third party hiring costs – No National Insurance /

paid holiday / Bank Holidays / bonus / sick pay / pension / car / training costs etc.

• Good interims are more engaged than many employees …

Key drivers ...

• Instant access to experience (each day you are accessing years of experience)

• Extra capacity for a project / a sales push / a product launch …

• … or maternity / paternity / vacancy / illness cover

• Absolute flexibility

• Develop your existing team

• Introduce some new ideas to your business.
