Using the Buy Now process, HSG Bullion offers its Members access to an International network of Bullion Dealers while focusing on the Member’s own country. This allows for ongoing purchases of precious metals such as Silver, Gold and Platinum. Precious metals are scarce, cannot be artificially reproduced, and have universally accepted inherent value. While they are also considered by many a commodity because of their uses in the electronics and medical industries (among others), they are first and foremost a non-fiat currency. In our marketing approach sharing our concept with others is totally voluntary, but once you take the time to fully understand how HSG Bullion truly works for everyone, you will want to share for sure. However, being a completely fair system, our Rewards Program will naturally benefit more quickly those who do share HSG Bullion with others.

• From every sale of our Medallions.

• By participating as a Member in our own Rewards Program just like a regular Member.

• Every time a 7 slice Mini Co-op fills in any of the 3 Levels there is profit for HSG Bullion.

• From fees that are charged for different services offered by HSG Bullion.

2. HSG Bullion Charitable Trust Account.

HSG Bullion Ltd transfers funds into the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust by making the following donations.

- Every time a Level 1 Silver Mini Co-op fills $10 USD is deposited into the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust.

- Every time a Level 2 Gold Mini Co-op fills $40 USD is deposited into the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust.

- Every time a Level 3 Platinum Mini Co-op fills $100 USD is deposited into the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust.

Every 6 months funds accumulated in this account will be distributed into the Rewards Account of HSG Bullion Registered Charities as documented in the HSG Bullion®Charitable Trust • The Share a Charity Account receives is directly proportional to:

- The number of years registered as a Charity Account in the HSG Bullion® Rewards Program. - The number of active Level 1 Silver Mini Co-ops a Charity Account has at this time.

3. HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

The HSG Bullion® Cooperative System Account has been put in place so there is a clear audit trail and to ensure funds are available 24/7 for any of the following.

When Members wish to use Rewards Account funds to:

1. Purchase Gifting Vouchers.

2. Gift a Mini Co-op to a Charity.

3. Donate to the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust.

4. Create Caretaker Accounts.

5. Purchase our unique HSG Bullion 1oz Silver Medallions, Silver/Gold-Plated Medallions and or ½oz Platinum Bars.

6. Pay HSG Bullion Approved Bullion Dealers when a Level 2 Gold or Level 3 Platinum Member places a Buy Now order.

7. Loading funds onto a Debit Card for Level 3 Platinum Members. (Conditions Apply)

The HSG Bullion® Rewards Program and Auto Re-entry processes are made available and possible, through the application and function of our unique algorithm and online systems. HSG Bullion® continuously profit shares and contributes into The HSG Bullion® Cooperative System Account. This benefits the overall Cooperative System.

- Every time an HSG Bullion 1oz Silver Medallion is Sold, HSG Bullion will deposit $110 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

- Every time an Auto Re-entry is processed in Level 1 Silver, HSG Bullion will deposit $110 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

- Every time an HSG Bullion 1oz Silver/Gold-Plated Medallion is Sold, HSG Bullion will deposit $690 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

- Every time an Auto Re-entry is processed in Level 2 Gold, HSG Bullion will deposit $580 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

- Every time an HSG Bullion ½oz Platinum Bar is Sold, HSG Bullion will deposit $1560 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

- Every time an Auto Re-entry is processed in Level 3 Platinum, HSG Bullion will deposit $1450 USD into the HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account.

4. HSG Bullion Investor Account.

All fund earned by the 15 HSG Bullion Investor Mini Co-ops, 15 in each of the 3 Levels, Silver, Gold and Platinum are deposited here. Every 6 months funds will be distributed as per the Investment Agreement between each Individual Investor and HSG Bullion. The Investor can request these funds to be transferred to their Personal Rewards Account or to be deposited into their Personal Bank Account. These Investor Funds will also be available as part of the Inheritance Benefit. In this case any funds earned will be deposited into the HSG Bullion Managed, Rewards Account of the deceased Member, ready to be distributed into the Rewards Account of their listed Beneficiaries. Under no circumstance are funds in the:

- The HSG Bullion Charitable Trust Account - The HSG Bullion Cooperative System Account - The HSG Bullion Investor Account

To be used, invested or the like in anything without the express consent of all the Members and Charities that benefit from any of these accounts.

The HSG Bullion Website will also showcase our International Online Cooperative System.

It is here that our documented system will educate, how our Members benefit by participating in the HSG Bullion, International Online Cooperative System, as detailed in Special Features , Rewards Program and Buy Now.

Anyone wishing to order their first HSG Bullion® 1oz Silver Medallion may do so by clicking on our link at the top of the page.

Once Registered a Member will login to their Rewards Account.

All future purchases and transaction are conducted from within a Member’s Rewards Account.

The HSG Bullion Rewards Program has been meticulously designed over many years to be strictly Internet-based and to take full advantage of the latest available, high-speed and interactive technologies.

Our Company has developed a proprietary Rewards Program that enables Members from many countries to easily work together, to prosper faster in our, International Online Cooperative System.

Rewards Program and Accounts It all starts with the purchase of our unique HSG Bullion 1oz Silver Medallion with our exclusive design. Upon Purchase and Registration, you are now a Member and HSG Bullion will establish your first Mini Co-op position within our Rewards Program.

Participation in our Rewards Program is automated, however if you choose not to participate you may opt out.

Members can only have 1 Rewards Account and 1 original Referrer each.

Upon completion of this first order and registration, you may now login to your Rewards Account. Members will login to purchase additional HSG Bullion Medallions. You may now also Register up to 7 Caretaker Accounts. All future HSG Bullion Medallion orders and Buy Now orders that you place for yourself, or on behalf of Caretaker Accounts are completed from within your Rewards Account. When someone that you share HSG Bullion with, chooses to purchase our unique HSG Bullion®1oz Silver Medallion, this results in their automatic entry into our Rewards Program.

From then on, this new Member will be known as your personal Referral and you have become their Referrer.

An instant benefit to you the Referrer is that $10 USD is immediately deposited into your Rewards Account. This also happens every single time this Referral re-enters our system, in accordance with our Auto Re-entry function. They remain connected to you for as long as you both have an active Mini Co-op.

Auto Re-entry ensures that you remain active.

Our proprietary, revenue-sharing algorithm or formula automatically places your first Mini Co-op position and order. This will instantly appear in your Progress Report as a single filled slice in your Mini Co-op and your Referrer’s current filling Level 1 Silver Mini Co-op, as well as 2 additional Mini Co-ops, by filling a slice in each.

The new Member has now started a Mini Co-op at Level 1 Silver and begins sharing funds earned through the ongoing purchase and sale of our unique HSG Bullion 1oz Silver Medallion, in accordance with the HSG Bullion unique revenue-sharing formula. This creates a Mini Co-op (Referral) merging within the Mini Co-op of their Referrer. This process forms a Mini Co-op, within a Mini Co-op, within a Mini Co-op and so on, ultimately creating the overall HSG Bullion Cooperative System.

When a total of 7 orders have entered and filled a Mini Co-op, this produces $50 USD in revenue-sharing for the original Member who started that specific 7 Slice Mini Co-op, which is now considered filled and complete.

This $50 USD in revenue-sharing, also referred to as Rewards Funds/Earnings is deposited into the Rewards Account of the Member that originally started this Mini Co-op. The Referrer of this Member also receives $10 USD into their Rewards Account every time this Member Auto Re-enters, a further $10 USD is put aside to benefit Charities in accordance with the HSG Bullion Charitable Trust.

In accordance with the Auto Re-entry process a new Mini Co-op begins automatically.

The Auto Re-entry feature increases the overall filling speed and efficiency of all Mini Co-ops. This process can be repeated as often as the Member chooses to continue, which is completely optional.

The Member may also choose to upgrade into Level 2 Gold.

• Upgrading to Level 2 Gold Membership is achieved simply by purchasing our unique HSG Bullion 1oz Silver/Gold-Plated Medallion.

• Level 2 Gold Members may purchase Bullion using the Buy Now process. Please Note: Whenever there are not enough funds available to place a Buy Now order, then the Member simply waits as funds continue to accumulate in their Rewards Account.

A Level 2 Gold Member managing Caretaker Accounts will transfer funds from these into their own Rewards Account. They will then place a Buy Now order with an HSG Bullion® Approved Bullion Dealer on behalf of the Caretaker Account using the funds in their Rewards Account.

To initiate a Buy Now order for themselves or a Caretaker Account the Member must be a Level 2 Gold Member.

1. All HSG Bullion® customers can order HSG Bullion® 1oz Silver Medallions which are also protected by our refund policy.

2. All HSG Bullion® customers 18 years and older automatically register and participate as Members in the HSG Bullion Rewards Program.

3. HSG Bullion® Members have the right to terminate their Membership at any time without reason. This is achieved by simply unticking Auto Re-Entry.

4. There is only 1 Membership per person. 5. A Member can manage up to a maximum of 7 Caretaker Accounts.

6. There is only 1 Referrer per person.

7. Only official HSG Bullion® Information, images & products are permitted to be used for

sharing, advertising & representing HSG Bullion ®.

8. This includes Website, Email, Social Media & Medallions also including any other HSG Bullion® Trademarked products.

9. Any miss use, or false representation of HSG Bullion® Official Approved Information, or the use of any other such unofficial information by Members to share or promote HSG Bullion®, will result in immediate termination of Membership.

10. All customer & Member complaints or concerns, also including any Buy Now related issues are to be emailed directly to the company rather than, via social media.

11. HSG Bullion® is designed for personal interaction amongst customers, Members & the Company. For this reason, HSG Bullion® does not allow, encourage, or support any mass marketing or advertising/promotions by anyone, other than the Company itself.

12. The HSG Bullion® Company & Members are required to adhere to the HSG Bullion®

Privacy Policy. 13. HSG Bullion® also reserves the right to refuse or terminate Memberships without any

reason other than by free choice
