ORDER

HRpersonnel who have completed 3 years as on 31.3.2018 i.e. joined on/before 31.03.2015,but after 31.03.2013, but did not get Loyalty Bonus in the FY2017-18, will get Loyalty Bonus @10% on Remuneration as on 31.03.2018. Accordingly, there are few contractual HR underNational Urban Health Mission (NUHM) who have been eligible to get Loyalty Bonus for FY2018-19.

2. Remuneration as on 1-Apr-2018 5% increment had already been intimated [mentioned atColumn G in Annexure A] vide order no. HFW-27038/103/2018-NHM SEC-Dept.of H&FW/5303dated 12.10.2018. Now the revised remuneration as on 1-Apr-2018 has been calculated aftergiving additional 10%Loyalty Bonus [mentioned at Column H in Annexure A].

3. In this context, remuneration of the aforesaid contractual HR has been revised with arrearamount w.e.f. 01.04.2018.

4. The revised remuneration including increment as admissible for the individual employeeunder the programme is as per the list annexed and duly endorsed and signed by the StateNodal Officer, NUHM.

5. Any excessor less drawal in connection to the revised remuneration according to this orderwill be adjusted after getting official feedback from the DH&FW5s.

6. The sanctioned remuneration will be charged against under mentioned activity head underNUHM Flexipool out of existing available fund.
