CHANGES TO LEARNING AGREEMENT
Must be printed from mobility.p.lodz.pl/in!!!
Changes are signed by our departmental coordinators (around 1-2 weeks)

EU students: European Health Insurance Card
NON-EU students: any health insurance from your country
Health insurance
If you don’t have the European Health Insurance Card check the conditions of your insurance provider. Some companies make their clients (YOU) pay for medical services abroad and give money back only after your return home.
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
Obligatory for all TUL’s students, including exchange students.
Civil liability insurance
If you don’t have Civil Liability Insurance:You can buy one with TUL (~78 PLN, including accident insurance). More info at SAO! If you have one, we need a copy certifying that in ENGLISH/SPANISH/FRENCH/RUSSIAN.
You can pick it up in Student Mobility Division only if:
1. We have all the required docs.
2. You paid for the Student Card.*
3. You brought the payment confirmation to SMD.
You will receive an email from us once the student cards are ready.
*An administrative fee is charged – 22 PLN. Personal account number issued at SAO.Student Card has to be returned to SMD at the end of your stay.
