Rule 1-2-3d NEW:
A 4-inch-wide broken
restraining line shall be placed around the outside of the field, at least 2 yards from the sidelines and end lines.
Rule 1-2-3k NEW:
A line, 4 inches wide and a minimum of 24 inches in length, shall be centered in the field of play, three yards from each goal line.

Noncontact unsportsmanlike conduct by players 9-5
ART. 1d…No player shall use disconcerting acts or words prior to the snap in an attempt to interfere with A’s signals or movement.
PENALTY: …Unsportsmanlike conduct – 15 yards
Recommended Technique
When defensive player makes questionable movements: If no false start – warning If false start – encroachment penalty (if
possible)

ART. 1e…Using of illegal communication equipment as outlined in 1-5-3b and 1-6. 1-5-3b-3….. (illegal) computers
