Within THS Attendance Boundaries– Complete the front and back of the blue form.

» Forms will be handed out at Mtn. Sky on January 14th.

– Turn blue form in to Mtn. Sky on Jan 19th. » THS Counselors will be at Mtn. Sky on January 20th to

register students.

OUTSIDE the THS/GUHSD District– We are accepting variance requests this year.

Decide on which 2 ELECTIVES you most want – and 2 you will accept if your first choice is not available.

Find at least one club/sport that you would like to participate in.
