VPN–L2TP Windows 10 Setup Instructions
Click “Start”
Select “Settings”
Select “Network & Internet”
Select “VPN”
Select “Add a VPN Connection”
VPN Provider Select “Windows”
Connection Name is “Civil VPN”
Server name or IP Address is “141.117.248.15”
VPN Type is “L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key”
Pre-shared key is “CivilVPNServer”
Type of sign-in info is “User name & password”
User name “sociveng\testy4” (User your username)
Password is “Your Password”
Remember my sign-in info is “you select the check box or not”
Select “Save”
Select “Civil VPN”
Select “connect”
You may received an error
Select “Network & Sharing Center”
Select “Change adaptor settings”
Select “The adaptor you just created”
Right click then select “properties”
Click on the “Security Tab”
Select “Allow these protocols”
Click “ok”
Close all the windows back to vpn window.
Then select connect again.
