OUR DESIGN SERVICES VARIES GREATLY FROM CLIENT TO CLIENT, BUT EACH PROJECT IS ENVISAGED AND THE FINAL PRODUCT IS DELIVERED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING STAGES. INITIATION OF THE PROJECT THE CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS ARE ACQUIRED AFTER THE STUDY OF VARIOUS ASPECTS LIKE SITE, WEATHER, CONTEXT, SOIL CONDITION, ETC. WE PREPARE A CONCEPT DESIGN. CONCEPTUAL PRESENTATION PRESENTING THE CONCEPT GIVES A COMPLETE IDEA ON THE STRUCTURE TO BE CRAFTED. THIS IS DONE USING VISUALIZATIONS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND SKETCHES PROCESS AFTER GETTING THE FINAL CONSENT FROM THE CLIENT, THE DRAWINGS ARE THEN WORKED ON AT A ‘MICRO LEVEL’ TO BETTER THE INTERIOR SPACES AND MAKE THE BUILDING FUNCTIONAL AND AESTHETIC. CLIENT MEETINGS ARE HELD AT FREQUENT INTERVALS TO KEEP THEM INFORMED ABOUT THE PROCEEDINGS.3D MODELS AND VISUALS ARE MADE TO HELP THE CLIENT UNDERSTAND THE BUILDING FORM BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY. THE WORKING DRAWINGS NEEDED FOR CONSTRUCTION ARE PREPARED. TRANSITION PREPARING ALL THE NECESSARY DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR CONSTRUCTION. ASSISTING THE CLIENT FOR APPOINTING THE RIGHT AGENCY FOR CONSTRUCTION. SUPERVISION REGULAR SITE VISITS ARE MADE AT ALL IMPORTANT STAGES OF THE PROJECT. CLIENTS ARE INFORMED REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF WORKS AT SITE. CO-ORDINATION WITH ALL AGENCIES ARE DONE TO ENSURE SMOOTH PROGRESS AND TIMELY COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. DELIVERY THE CLIENT IS NOW HAPPY WITH THEIR DREAM TURNED INTO A REALITY !

1] RESIDENCE AT MYSORE :-

IT WAS A DESIGN COMPETITION. THE SITE WAS SITUATED AT MYSORE AND PLOT AREA WAS 80SQMT. THE BASIC IDEA BEHIND THIS PROJECT WAS TO SPLIT FUNCTION IN DIFFERENT LEVELS TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUMS FLOOR SPACE. THE GROUND FLOOR WAS USED AS PARKING, GARAGE AND STORE ROOM.THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN WERE SITUATED ON 1ST FLOOR AND BEDROOMS WERE SITUATED ON 2ND FLOOR.

2] PARTY-PLOT AT BORSAD:- THIS 2 ACRE PARTY PLOT IS SITUATED AT BORSAD. IT CONTAINS FORMALLY LANDSCAPE GARDEN, MODERN STYLE OFFICE, GAZEBO AND STAGE.

3] PARTY-PLOT AT VAISNODEVI CIRCLE:-

SITE IS SITUATED AT VAISHNODEVI CIRCLE. THE PROPOSAL WAS GIVEN TO DESIGN ATTRACTIVE , UNIQUE LANDSCAPE AND AN ANCILLARY BUILDING WHICH SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT.

4] OFFICE FOR HOME CATERERS :-

THIS OFFICE CONTAINS ONE CHAIRMAN CABIN, CABIN FOR DIRECTOR AND RECEPTION WITH STORAGE AND DISPLAY. THE REQUIREMENT OF CLIENT WAS TO USE MAXIMUM WHITE COLOR IN THE OFFICE. THEIR REQUIREMENT WAS ACHIEVED.

5] BENQUET HALL AT SOMNATH:-

THIS PROJECT WAS AT HOTEL SAGARDARSHAN, SOMNATH. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO DESIGN INTERIOR OF BANQUET HALL WITH CAPACITY OF 300 PERSON WITH AESTHETIC AWARENESS AND ACOUSTIC SOLUTION.

6] COMMERCIAL COMPLEX AT GONDAL:-

BASICALLY THIS PROJECT WAS TO DESIGN AN EXISTING STRUCTURE. THEIR CONCEPT WAS TO CREATE AN ATRIUM AT THE CENTER AND THE SHOPS AT SURROUNDING.

7] SHOWROOM BUILDING AT SIROHI:-

THE MAIN CHALLENGE WAS TO DESIGN 4 SHOWROOMS AND 1 BANK OFFICE IN JUST 100 SQMT. THE GROUND FLOOR AND 1ST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING CONTAINS SHOWROOMS. THE BANK OFFICE SPACE WAS PROVIDED ON 2ND FLOOR

8] COMMERCIAL COMPLEX AT DIU:-

THIS PROJECT WAS THE EXTENSION PART OF THE HOTEL. THE REQUIREMENT WAS TO PUT RECEPTION OF HOTEL AND BANQUET AT GROUND FLOOR, SHOPS AT 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR AND ACCOMMODATION ROOMS AT 3RD & 4TH FLOOR .

9] KIOSK DESIGN FOR GOPI DAIRY:-

THEIR REQUIREMENT OF KIOSK WAS TO SELL DAIRY PRODUCTS WHICH SHOULD BE SIMILAR TO AMUL PARLOUR. THE CHALLENGE WAS THAT THE KIOSK SHOULD BE ICONIC AND UNIQUE. IT MUST BE FIT ACCORDIND TO SHAPE OF PLOT AND SHOULD HAVE PROPER ACCESSIBILITY. THESE 3 OPTIONS WERE PROPOSED BY THE CLIENT AND REQUIREMENTS HAD BEEN FULFILLED.

10] 3 BHK LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS AT DIU:-

LOCATED IN A PRIME LOCATION AT HOTEL HEMAL GARDEN, THIS CONDOMINIUM COMPRISES LUXURY APARTMENTS WITH FIVE-STAR FINISHES AND ULTRAMODERN FACILITIES TO PLAY UP THE JOYS OF LIVING AT DIU.

11] 2 BHK APARTMENTS AT DIU:-

DIU PARADISE IS SITUATED AT FUDAM ROAD, DIU. IT IS WELL PLANNED COMPRISED OF 2 TOWERS OF 2 BHK APARTMENTS. THIS PROJECT CONTAINS MODERN FACILITIES AND THE TERRACE IS EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE MODERN AMENITIES. DIU PARADISE IS SIMPLE, STYLISH, AFFORDABLE AND WELL-DESIGNED 2 BHK APARTMENTS.

12] HOTEL HEMAL GARDEN AT DIU:-

THE HOTEL IS STRATEGICALLY SITED. IT FACED AND OFFERS STUNNING VIEWS OF PALMS AND GREENERY. THIS HOTEL IS A CONTEMPORARY STYLED MODERN DESIGN AND IT’S HAVING 120 ROOMS, 2 BANQUET HALLS, 2 KITCHEN & STAFF ROOMS AND ANCILLARY SUPPORTED FUNCTION. THIS HOTEL BUILT TO REFLECT AN URBAN RESORT, WITH WORLD CLASS CONFERENCING AND EVENT FUNCTION FACILITIES CATERING TO BOTH BUSINESS & LEISURE TRAVELERS.

13] HOTEL FOR SHASHIBHAI AT DIU:-

HOTEL IS SITUATED BESIDES NATIONAL HIGHWAY AT KESARIYA-DIU ROAD. THIS REDEVELOPMENT WAS DESIGNED TO ATTRACT A CHANGING DEMOGRAPHIC OF TRAVELERS, INCLUDING YOUNGER YOUTH, BUSINESS TRAVELER & TOURIST. THE CLIENT'S DEMAND WAS INDIAN TRADITION AS WELL AS MODERN LOOK LIKE ELEVATION. THE REQUIREMENTS WERE ACHIEVED BY USE OF SOME TRADITIONAL ELEMENTS LIKE ARCHES

14] HOTEL SHREE BALAJI 2 AT RAJASTHAN:-

THE SITE IS SITUATED AT SHEOGANJ ,RAJASTHAN. THE HOTEL IS ORGANIZED AROUND TWO WINGS – LIKE SPACE FLANKING AND A LARGE COURTYARD. CREATING WAS ABOUT AROUND A SENCE OF A SPACIOUSNESS.

15] HOTEL FOR VIJAY VAJA AT DIU:- THE SITE IS SURROUNDED BY PALMS AND VEGETATION. ELEVATION OF THE HOTEL IS CONTEMPORARY AND HAVING DESIGN CONTAINING OF FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS. THE PARKING IS SITUATED IN FRONT OF RECEPTION AS WELL AS BESIDES THE ACCOMMODATION ROOMS WHICH CAN BE USED FOR THE ACCESSIBILITY AND SECURITY PURPOSE.

16] RESIDENCE AT AHMEDABAD:- THE REQUIREMENT WAS TO INCREASE THE NO. OF BEDROOMS. BUT THE CHALLENGE WAS THAT THE NEW DESIGN SHOULD BE VERY SIMILAR TO THE OLD ONE.

17] HOUSE FOR SHASHIBHAI AT DIU:-

18] FARM-HOUSE AT ANDORE:-

THIS SITE IS SITUATED AT ANDORE, RAJASTHAN . EXISTING LANDSCAPE, TREES WERE KEPT IN MIND WHILE CREATING WHOLE DESIGN OF IT.

19] HOUSE FOR BHARATBHAI AT DIU:-

THE DESIGN PROPOSES 2 HOUSES FOR 2 BROTHERS ON ONE SITE HAVING AREA OF 165 SQMT. THE REQUIREMENT WAS TO EVOLVE CONTEMPORARY LOOK WHICH SHOULD BE MODERN. THE EVOLVED DESIGN PROPOSES THE MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY LOOK AS PER DEMAND.

20] RESIDENCE AT DHANDHUKA:-

THE AREA OF SITE IS 75 SQMT. IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE CONCEPT WAS TO DERIVE ALL FUNCTIONS IN SMALL SPACE. THE HOUSE IS HAVING 2 LEVELS. LIVING, DINNING, KITCHEN & 1 BEDROOMS ARE PLACED AT GROUND FLOOR AND 2 MASTER BEDROOMS ARE PLACED AT FIRST FLOOR.

21] RESIDENCE PLOTING SCHEME AT FEDRA:-

DESIGNED MORE THAN 10 PLOTTING SCHEMES WITH RULES AND REGULATION AND HAVING SKILLS TO GENERATE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PLOTS & PLOTTING AREA WITHIN THE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

22] CLUB HOUSE AT FEDRA:- THE CLUB HOUSE DESIGN PROPOSED ON ONE RESIDENTIAL PLOTTING SCHEME. THE DESIGNS OF THE HOUSES WERE UNIQUE AND MODERN. SO, DESIGN OF THE CLUB HOUSE SHOULD BE IN RHYDHAMATIC AS THE DESIGNS OF THE HOUSES. THE PROPOSED DESIGN IS MODERN & IT FOLLOWS THE LANGUAGE OF THE HOUSE. THE CLUB HOUSE HAVING AMENITIES AND FACILITIES LIKE RECEPTION, MULTIPURPOSE HALL, INDOOR GAME ROOMS, CHILDREN PLAY AREA, PARTY HALL, OUTDOOR KITCHEN, OUTDOOR SITTING AREA ETC.

THE PLANNING OF THE PLOT, ITS SIZE & SHAPES, ROAD LAYOUTS ARE DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY THAT, MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF PLOTS CAN BE GENERATED.
