Click on Tools Internet Options

GoTo Tab Security

Click on the Green Tick mark once and click on button “Sites”

Remove this tick mark

Write the name of site as shown in second slide and click “Add”, The website will be shown in the block named “Websites” here

Click Close

Click “Custom Level…”

Enable All “ActiveX controls and plug-ins”. Then Click OK

Click OK

Click on this link

Extract this zip file and after that it will be shown like the above folder

Double click on the folder

Double Click the file “Setup”

Click “Ok”

Click Here

Click OK

Click The Link “Downloads”

Download the utility no. 4, & 7th when counting from top and save into your system. After that install that utilities one by one.

Click on Mark and download the software

These two files will be downloaded. Now install these files one by one

Now your Computer/Laptop is ready for the purpose of registration and for bidding afterwards.
