Already the basic models of FINSTRAL windows
and doors boast numerous functional qualities and
optimum price to performance ratio. The complete
solution “everything from a single supplier” is
especially advantageous for creating harmonious
façades. Windows, hinged shutters, blinds, entrance
doors, sun-rooms and other glazed extensions are
available in uniform colours, styles, and surface
textures.

offers numerous regionally appropriate solutions for

Thermal insulation and lower heating costs
Effective thermal insulation lowers heating costs in the winter and protects against heat in the summer. FINSTRAL windows feature thermal insulation glazing and high frame insulation values. Our basic models are equipped with a thermal insulation glass Plus-Valor of Ug of 1.1 W/m²K and with warm edge glass spacer bars.
Effective protection against sunlight and heat
Sunlight protection glazing serves as an effective shield by fi ltering and defl ecting excessive sunlight and external heat. For individual regulation of light and solar energy incidence we recommend installing a composite window with integrated sunlight protection blinds. (see page 6).
Excellent noise protection
FINSTRAL windows and doors feature excellent acoustic insulation. Even the basic models offer excellent noise protection values of 32 dB. Values of up to Rw 45 dB are achieved through the use of Multiprotect laminated safety glazing.

Protection against wind and driving rain
FINSTRAL windows are designed and built to meet highest demands and withstand extreme weather conditions. The central seal system guarantees highest levels of air-tightness (highest class 4 according to DIN EN 12207) and excellent resistance against driving rain (highest class 9A according to DIN EN 12208).
Protection and security
The use of 2-point safety fi ttings, robust sealing parts, and the secure screwing of the fi tting strips with steel profi les (beginning with the basic model) protect the casement against being pried open. These security features can be enhanced to resistance class RC 2, thus providing even greater protection against break-ins.

Excellent thermal insulation, functionality and design
The 7-chamber design of the sash frame profi le guarantees excellent thermal insulation values, with Uf = 1.2 W/m²K.
To further improve the thermal insulation value triple-glazed thermal insulation panes Super-Valor with Ug of up to 0.5 W/m²K can be employed.
A wide range of frame profi les are available, suitable for installation methods in new buildings and when replacing windows.
Large steel reinforcements in the vinyl profi les guarantee their long-term stability and functional reliability.
The aluminum cladding of the KAB-version grants our windows and doors Top 72 Classic-line a number of positive characteristics: a long-term functional reliability, numerous possibilities for colour design, low-maintenance and extraordinary temperature stability especially with dark exterior colours.

The new sash variant Slim-line of our window and door system Top 72 offers a further possibility to meet individual design and architectural requirements.
Slim-line is characterized by extremely narrow outlines with the outer sash measuring just 28 mm.
The high quality insulating glass which can be applied as double or triple glazing ensure a good thermal insulation.
Slim-line is available in UPVC as well as in our solid UPVC-aluminium version.

Excellent thermal insulation values of 1.1 W/m²K are achieved by virtue of a 33-mm air barrier with a third front glass pane in the composite sash and the use of insulating multi-cham-ber vinyl profi les with UW = 0.91 W/m²K.
The sandwich construction with large spaces between the panes and multiple seals as well as a third glass pane in the composite sash provide for an optimum noise protection of RW = 39-45 dB.
Venetian blinds for sunlight and sight protection are installed within the sealed weather-proof space between the panes and allow for an individual regulation of incoming sunlight and energy.
The composite window is available in two executions: in UPVC, UPVC Twin-line Classic, as well as UPVC with aluminium cladding, Twin-line Classic KAB.

The barely visible exterior sash profile creates a modern appearance.
The narrow frame and large glass surface allow for a great amount of incoming light.
The interior profiles are characterized by slender contours and a minimalist aesthetic.
Excellent thermal insulating multi-chamber vinyl profiles reach an insulation value of Uf 1.2 W/m²K.
Circumferential bonding of glass and profiles confers high stability to the sash.
Due to its reduced frame surface the window requires minimal maintenance.
The exterior frame profiles can be covered with an alumini-um cladding, allowing for a great choice of colours.
