Upcoming Programs @ The Library This Week Wednesday, May 4 @ 7 P.M. - Supporting Emotional Intelligence and Resilience in Children presented by Irina Volynsky & Irina Bashkirov Communication is an important component in all aspects of our lives and emotional
intelligence is key to successful communication. Learn how to help your children be
socially savvy, befriend their emotions and achieve their goals. Irina Volynsky, PhD
received her Master’s degree in psychology from Kiev University in Ukraine, and her
Doctorate degree from City University of New York. Founder and clinical director of
TEMA Therapy Center, she specializes in individual therapy with adults and children.
Irina Bashkirov, LAC is a licensed mental health counselor with a BA in Psychology
from Hunter College and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College.
Irina has experience working in various fields of psychology and social work. Currently
she works at TEMA Therapy Center in Fort Lee.
Saturday, May 7 @ 2 P.M. Trio Avenue Ensemble Program to include: Haydn, Piazzolla and Brahms. Quickly establishing itself as one of
the most exciting ensembles of today: pianist Dr. Sohyun Ahn, violinist Dr. Sofia
Yeon-Soo Chung, and cellist Dr. Young Eun Lee Alina.
