taking on Soviet Union. Believes SU is evil and you cant contain or
negotiate it. You have to defeat it. Reagan creates the largest
build up of an army in peacetime in American history. $1.5 Trillion
is spent on building up the military. Belief- if Soviets were to
match American efforts, their economy would collapse, so would
communism.
