Deposit Mass Update

Click on the Notes tab for captions!

Type in SAAMAPP in the Go To… box.Hit Enter.

Admission Mass Entry - Search

1. Select Admission Term.

2. Select Admission Type: ST-Standard.

3. Select Application Decision: FA-Accept.

4. Click on Update tab.

Admission Mass Entry - Update

1. Select Admission Checklist Request: DEP – Admission Deposit.

2. Check Mandatory Checklist Indicator box.

3. Click on Results tab.

Admission Mass Entry - Result

1. Select the person.

2. Check Submit box.

3. Click Save. 4. Exit form.

Type in SAAADMS in the Go To… box.Hit Enter.

Admission Application form

1. Enter previously selected person’s ID in the ID field.

2. Click Next Block.

Admission Application form

1. Confirm that Application Decision sets on DP-Deposit Paid.

2. Exit form.
