I wouldencourageyou tocelebrate thismilestonewithyourchildren…..itisanexcitingday!We will continue to target June 4 as anothercelebrationday foryourkids.Withpermission fromthestate,andthearchdiocese,wewillcelebrateMasswithFr.Aaron,holdourGrade6graduation,BoosterClubpicnic,andactivitiesontheplayground.Officialinvitation comingwhenwe knowmore, andwe aregiventhegreenlight.CongratulationstoourGrade2students,whowillbecelebratingtheirFirstCommunion(TBD).Theyhavebeen working hard withMs. Brincks to prepare forthisfestiveday.Whatagreatsacrament,tobeabletoreceivetheBodyofChrist,whichwillgreatlyenhanceyourCatholicfaith!Also,acongratulationgoesout toourgraduating6thGrade students: Grant Balk, Annika Bodensteiner,TraeKeel,RyanLukes,andTyMoudry.Threeofthesestudents will represent the last child of thatparticular family to attend Trinity (Trae, for nowanyway, Ryan, and Ty). These families will mostcertainly be missed. 3rdand4thHappeningsWehadascavengerhuntonourlastsession.ThelastthingtheyhadtofindwassomethingwithTrinityCatholicSchoolonit.Theyhadtofindthingslikebooks,sticks,rocks,itemsthatstartedwiththeletteroftheirname,toothpicks,somethingwiththeirnameonit.Amongmanyotherthings.Theylovedit.Ournextsessiontheyallhavetocomewithajokeandariddletoshare

5thand6thHappeningsHelloall!AsIwritethisfrommycouch,Ihopeyouarealldoingwellandenjoyingyour"extra"timewithfamily.EventhoughmystudentsandIarenottogether,wehavebeenverybusy.EverydayIemailthestudentswithtaskstocontinuetheirlearning.Wehavealsobeengoingonvirtualfieldtrips.Sofar,wehavegonetotheGalapagosIslands,OmahaZoo,theChildren'sMuseumofIndianapolis,andwetookatourofadairyfarm.Iwanttothankmystudentsforsendingmepicturesofthingstheyaredoingwhileweareapart.Pleasekeepsendingmethosephotos;theybrightenmydays.Iloveandmissyouall.GodBless,Ms.Brincks

ThispictureofKindergartenerswastakenpre-pandemic,duringaninsiderecesstime.TK/KHappeningsWehavebeenzoomingonTuesdays.ThefirstoneIhadstudentspickaletter,weallmadethesoundandthentheyalltookofftofindsomethingwiththatletter/soundandreturnedandtheneveryoneshared.Weclosedwithaprayer.Thislastweekwas"showandtell"theygottobringonethingthattheywereexcitedaboutandthentheyhadtobringanotherthingthattheyhavebeendoingtoshowthattheyaresharingJesus'light.Theywantedtodotheletter/soundhuntagain,sowedidanotherroundofthat.WeclosedwiththeB-I-B-L-Eprayersong.Theywillbelookinginthemailfortheactivitynextweek,CVCBingo.

TCSStrategicPlanning:ExcellenceinCatholicSchoolsisafour-yearprogramthatweareparticipatingin,alongwithallCatholicSchoolsoftheArchdioceseofDubuque.OurCatholicschoolsserveaveryimportantministrytoourparishes.Assuch,excellenceinCatholicidentityandacademicprogrammingisexpected.Toachievethesegoals,whilebeinggoodstewardsofresourcesandplanningforlong-termsustainability,strategicplanningisessential.OurfirstgoalsweretoreviseourFoundationalDocuments,whichinclude;MissionandVisionStatements,ourPhilosophyandaProfileofwhata6thGradeGraduateshouldlooklike.TheArchdiocesecreatedthePhilosophystatementandbelowisournewMissionStatement.
