DaveAsprey: It'skindoffunny.Whenyoutalkabouthowyoudon'thaveenergyyougenerateenergy.Yourmitochondria,theselittlethingsinyourcells,arewhatgenerateenergy.AlotofthestuffthatItalkaboutjustforthebrain,it'sjustbecauseyouhavemoremitochondriainthebrainthaneverywhereelse.Whenyoudoituphereinthebrain,yougetitthroughoutthebody.There'sstuffyoucandoforneurotransmittersandveryspecific,butthebaseline;generatemoreenergynow.Whetheryouuseittorunortothink,it'syourenergy.
