•  New store openings: signing off commercial store lay-out and routing, selecting with B&M the opening collection, creating visual plans, hands on VM on site & training new store staff.

•  Existing store support: quarterly VM support via guidelines and store visits. •  SIS support:

•  New SIS openings: Approving SIS locations requests, creating shop lay-outs, capacity calculations, selecting with B&M the opening assortment, creating visual plans, hands on VM on site & training and supporting the store staff.

•  Support all retail stores, franchise & SiS with seasonal VM guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities in the stores.

•  Translating the seasonal theme into the sales showroom. •  Responsible for the product presentation and mannequin dressing for Special executions &
