The 360-kWinstalled Incoloy-sheathed tubularheating elements provide the power,while a 24,500-CFM, 20-hp recirculat­ing blower provides a vertical down­ward airflow to the workload. ThisGrieve oven features 8" insulated walls,type 304L,2B finish stainless steel inte­rior, stainless steel exterior with #4brushed finish, and 6" insulated floorwith integral truck wheel guide tracksfor easyloading and unloading.

No. 946 has double doors, front andrear, each with inner and outer doorgaskets. The inner gasket seals againstthe door plug, while the outer gasketseals directly against the front of theoven. A removable top-mounted heatchamber (removed in photo) is alsoprovided. Safety equipment isonboard for handling flammable sol­vents, including explosion-ventingdoor hardware. Also featured on thisGrieve walk-in oven are a digital pro­gramming temperature controller,manual reset excess temperature con­troller with separate contactors, recir­culating blower airflow safety switch,and SCR power controller.
