June 2018. 3. Complete PBSD 1623 and send to the principal or director who advertised the position within two (2) business

days of submitting the online application. The form may be sent by fax, email, or may be attached along with your resume to the on-line application on PeopleSoft. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records.
