INVESTING IN TOMORROW
Hammersmith and Fulham is a borough with big plans
for the future.
One of London’s most ambitious regeneration schemes has recently been launched in the borough, covering more than 250 acres. Work started in 2012 to redevelop the Lyric Theatre and the area around it, creating a cultural hub, improved shopping district and luxury residences.
The next phase will continue to capitalise on Hammersmith’s central location and excellent travel connections. As part of the £150m plan that is focused on King Street and the brand new Town Hall extension, a new wave of shops, restaurants and cafes, a Curzon cinema and a public piazza are all in development. It’s a scheme that is building on Hammersmith’s already widespread popularity, making the neighbourhood an even better place to live, work, explore, socialise and relax.
