Costs
•4 Factors Determine The Cost:1. Equipment - do you (or does the venue) have a
P.A. System (with 3 x microphones and mic-stands), bass and guitar amplifiers, acoustic drums and stage?
2. Location - is it in Beijing or elsewhere?
3. Type of event (bar / private party / ball / corporate) and what is the expected audience?
4. When will it happen? Some periods are busier than others (eg Christmas time)
Costs1.Does the venue have what we need?
• P.A. appropriate for size of venue/crowd (w/3 mics)
• Amps: 2 x 50W Guitar (2 x ‘Vox AC30’ perfect) and 1 x 50W Bass
• Drums, acoustic
• Stage is optional but helps make it special
• Note: we can help advise on all of the above but you (or the venue) are responsible for the cost
• For ref. Beijing rental costs = ¥6k (average PA w/3 mics/3 stands ¥3400; 3 Amps ¥1800; Drums ¥800) to ¥15k (PA for larger venue)
Costs2.For events outside Beijing you must
cover all travel, accommodation & miscellaneous expenses:
• 4 x return air fares / high-speed train fares
• All taxi fares to and from airport / train station
• All taxi fares to and from hotel / venue
• 4 x food & beverage on performance day / night
Costs3.The type of event & the size of the
audience makes a difference. We operate a 3-tiered performance fee- structure based on the following: a) Public Bar / Restaurant (typically 60-300 people)
b) Balls (300-800 people)
c) Corporate / Private events (100-3000+ people)
• Note: This is for your reference only, we will make you a proposal after better understanding your needs.

Testimonials
“You know, I go to my share of shows and write about tons of mediocre bands on a regular basis but I keep forgetting to mention one of the latest sensations doing the live house circuit around old smoggy: The Beijing Beatles! I made it to Temple Saturday night around 9:30pm to find the place hopping with a crowd that obviously came to see them, much like the previous time. The band did what you’d expect them to do, going through The Beatles’ diverse catalogue without skipping a beat. They had showmanship, quality, charisma and a commitment to entertainment judging by how they wore those outfits and wigs despite it feeling like 45 degrees on stage. What made the show at Temple special is that the crowd would not let the band off stage! They had a 7 song encore much to the delight of everyone present, including yours truly! Honestly folks, having these lads play is becoming a fun fun event. Did I mention the place was full of Beijing-based musicians singing along like any other fans. The Beijing Beatles had the show of the week”
Testimonials
“I would like to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to you for participating German Ball 2011. Without the Beijing Beatles, the event wouldn’t have accomplished such a great success; obviously our guests had a fantastic evening with your performance. On behalf of the German Chamber of Commerce Peking, I am very pleased to have such a smooth and wonderful cooperation with you, I wish you all the success ahead and look forward our next cooperation.
Again, thank you for the hard work, commitment and cooperation in this event.”
