ResponsibilitiesTerri Fleming is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking, East Metro Team Lead and part of WesternBank’s Senior Management Team. She established her roots in community banking while working for ParkMidway Bank, Highland Bank, and Midway Bank. She has over 30 years of banking experience.

Terri leads a team of five commercial lenders, providing support in business development, credit structuringand pricing decisions. She is Western Bank’s SBA lending expert and brings a strong knowledge of SBA bestpractices to the origination of SBA 7(a), CAPLine and 504 loans. Terri is very active in communitydevelopment lending, promoting the Western Bank brand through her Board and Loan Committee work withNeighborhood Development Center and SPEDCO.
