Sub: Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2020 and recommendation of Dividend
We enclose the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the
year ended March 31, 2020 under Ind AS, which have been approved and taken on record at
the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, May 5, 2020.
We would like to state that M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, LLP, Statutory Auditors of the
Company, have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the above financial results.
Further, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors have recommended a dividend
of Rs.1.50 per Equity Share (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2020. This
Dividend upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be
paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
The meeting of Board of Directors held today commenced at 1:30 PM and concluded at
7.30 PM.
