Nature of Practice• Rehearse in your mind (until the last

– Can use it in addition or in place of next option.

Way back, Brooks found that t(click) adding people to a project does not result in proportional increase in team productivity. Over the years, people have found many reasons for this problem. Thus the model meets all of our requirements. So it seems we have accomplished our mission. Well not quite. These requirements were derived from theoretical arguments. To determine if programmers really wanted to be liberated from the traditional model, we conducted a lab study, which Rajesh will describe.
