Founding partner Suzanne Redmond Schwartz directs and manages the RSM Design team, infusing every project with her enthusiasm and innovative approach to graphic

setting a tone that encourages exploration, while focusing on the complex goals of the client. Her work has transformed projects from Saudi Arabia to Southern California, earning accolades and positioning RSM Design as a global leader in architectural graphic design.

Over the tenure of her career, Suzanne has lead teams on a wide array of projects, including an emphasis on the retail and hospitality industries. She is a member of the Society of Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) and leads the design committee for the Downtown Business Association for San Clemente, California.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Packaging from the Art Center in Pasadena, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from UC Santa Barbara.
