Support Northern Illinois Food Bank by donating a Raffle or Silent Auction item
Northern Illinois Food Bank is leading the northern Illinois community in solving hunger by providing
nutritious meals to more than 71,500 hungry each week in 13 counties through innovative programs and
partnerships. Involvement in the Food Bank’s signature events provides a marketing opportunity to your
business by showing your support of the mission of one of the most respected food banks in Illinois.
The success of our special events relies heavily on the silent auction and raffle. As a business leader in
your community, you have the opportunity to showcase your company’s quality products and services,
and in turn, help us provide more meals to our hungry neighbors. In addition to generating funds for
Northern Illinois Food Bank, your generous donation will provide your company with substantial
advertising and exposure at the event. Your gift is 100% tax deductible.
We hope you consider donating to Northern Illinois Food Bank’s events this year. I’ve attached our
auction package featuring more information about our events, an in-kind donation form, and a list of
items that have been successful in previous years. Please submit the in-kind donation form with your
donation. We thank you in advance for your generosity and consideration. For every $1 raised, the Food
Bank is able to provide $8 of food to our hungry neighbors in our community.
On behalf of myself and the event committee, thank you for your support! If you have any questions,
please feel free to contact me.
