Quality Assurance System

pages of documents excluding the evidences and supporting documents for

the 5 areas which were left in the accreditation room.

If we pass the ISA, how often

do we get visits from CHED?

Adamson University will be visited every five (5) years,

unless the reviewers recommend an earlier visit if

there are matters of concern to be addressed. In case we

qualify in Category A, a period of six (6) years, before the next

visit may be recommended.

What is the Self-Evaluation

Document? What does each rating

scale mean?

The SELF-EVALUATION DOCUMENT is an instrument

that allows us to rate ourselves based on specified criteria using the following scale:
