Regular Season Home Events

STEP 1 – Go to Student Ticket Website

Student Ticket Website: www.ticketreturn.com/wcuCan be done on computer, phone, tablet, etc

STEP 2 – SIGN IN

All students will use their 920# as their user ID. If you are a first time user or have not changed your password, use the word guest. You can change

password after you sign in. If you forget password after changing it, call the ticket office (227-2401) and have your 920#.

STEP 3 - SELECT EVENT

Students must reserve ticket for every game. Students can reserve all game tickets during one visit to website.

STEP 4 – RESERVE TICKET

After selecting game, students can reserve their ticket and purchase up to 2 guest tickets in the student section for each game. Guest ticket information on next

slides.

STEP 5 - CONFIRMATION

Students need to PRINT their ticket AND bring their Cat Card to the game. If lost

prior to game they can be reprinted on student ticket website.

STEP 6 – PRINT YOUR TICKET

Do not forget to print our your ticket for the game. You will present the ticket at the student gate(Located up the stairs at the NE Gate) along with your Cat Card.

Q: How many student guest tickets can I get? A: Guest tickets can be purchased for football only. Students can purchase up to 4 guest

tickets for each home football game.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password? A: Call the ticket office (227-2401) with your 920# and they will look it up for you

Q: What if I forgot to print my student guest ticket? A: Student guest tickets that did not get printed can get picked up at the NW ticket booth

near Gate 1 starting at 10:00am the day of the game.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What if I reserved my ticket then lose my Cat Card and receive a new Cat Card?

A: Your new Cat Card will NOT show your reserved ticket if you lost it the week of the game. To avoid waiting in line, visit the Athletic Ticket Office in the Ramsey Center BEFORE game day -OR- on game day come to the NW ticket booth beginning at 10am and a student ticket can be printed for you. Must have your Cat Card to receive ticket.

Ex. Jane reserved all of her student tickets for 6 games today. She loses her Cat Card the week of game 4. Her new card will NOT work for that game.
