Meet Becca FoxwellBecca Foxwell is an energetic, first grade teacher whose heart

comes alive in the classroom! She has been teaching to transform lives for the past eight years at Lickdale Elementary School, in the

Northern Lebanon School District. This 2016-2017 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year is known for developing innovative and

engaging lessons, utilizing hands-on learning strategies, and creating a learning environment where all students can be and feel
